The hotel's central location near downtown and the airport was convenient for us. We also appreciated the proximity to an industrial park and other hotels in the area. It was great being just 1 mile away from popular attractions like Prayer Assembly Cogic.

I stayed there overnight with my daughter and was really impressed by the degree of comfort the motel offered as well as its great value for money. The building was well kept and the staff very helpful. It is only a short drive from/to the Airport which was very convenient for us. We loved the fact that this property is completely smoke/smokers free.

The location was comfy and easy, adjacent to the airport and the Cardinal Stadium and easily accessible. Estrella district was worth visiting. The room with 2 queen beds. The breakfast had variety of food, like cereals, cookies, hot waffles and scrambled eggs.

Great location next to Maryvale baseball park, Glendale for Dodgers spring training, downtown, and the airport. Recently renovated rooms with gorgeous views. 3. Breakfast offers a variety of food options including coffee, cereals, cookies, hot waffles, and scrambled eggs.

It was clean, everyone was helpful. The hotel was in a magnificent and easy location so close to an industrial area and Phoenix, AZ and the airport for what we wanted it for. Furthermore, close to downtown.

The room was comfortable as was the bed, with a comfy armchair and a desk for the computer, we had plenty of room to move around.

The shower taps were unfamiliar to us and we did have trouble making it work as did my son and his wife in another room,finally had it working but not satisfactorily, a call to ask how this apparatus worked the desk told us he didnt know and a maintence man would be available at 8am next morning, needless to say we were clean with a hot/cold shower.

The rooms are well-kept and a nice size, equipped with a fridge and microwave. The staff are especially helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, and Glendale for Dodgers spring training.

The hotel itself was nasty ... I nearly hurt myself sitting down in the office chair ... The towels was nasty I had to go buy new towels to take a shower

Customer service at check out was very good. Nice breakfast buffet.

This motel has definitely seen better days. The carpeting getting off of the 2nd floor elevator was filthy. 2nd floor ice machine was out of service both days I was there. Room was acceptable, with the exception of the caulking around the bath tub (see photos)

Thoroughly enjoyed this safe hotel because of the convenient location and especially helpful staff. The property was a short walk to the Maryvale baseball park and offered an airport shuttle service. The whole experience was really good.

Quality of breakfast offerings (overipe bananas, difficult to open little packets of ketchup and half and half, wet spots on bagels, mal- functioning toaster). Types of offerings were very nice.

the biscuits and sausage were excellent, the eggs, so-so.

Limited pool towels available at pool. Always used ones there.

Conveniently located just a mile away from Prayer Assembly Cogic. It takes about 21 minutes to drive to the airport. The public areas are kept clean, just what everyone wants! 🧹

Nothing. I specifically asked about an airport shuttle at the time of booking. A full two months before my stay. Was never responded to. Got there to find out there was no shuttle from the airport and was treated very unprofessionally by the hotel manager. Cost over eighty dollars just to get to and from the hotel. Hotel took my money and never bothered to tell me that the shuttle they do provide only services truck drivers. And not airport guests. I was told upon arrival at the hotel, that this is a common problem and it's not there responsibility to accommodate their guests with simple replies in a timley fashion on important details such as weather or not one can get to there location by shuttle from the airport.

Nikki Richards has no business in hotel management. She was rude, dismissive, incompetent and in general just unprofessional. She used intimidation and threats to have me trespassed off the property, because I was upset that she or her staff never bothered in eight weeks time to respond to a simple email inquiring about an airport shuttle. She actually told me that she has a hotel to run and doesn't have time to respond to a paying customers email requests. What a joke.

Place is falling apart. Few chairs and tables at pool with no umbrellas. Oh and I forgot, they serve a terrible breakfast.
